Melissa Stegninus guides us through this using daily reflection and some simple exercises that vary daily. I noticed many of the daily reflections were not unusual, but things you might already think about in your life every day. While they may seem simplistic, sometimes it’s the simple things that bring us the most wisdom.
Steginus has designed a simple but powerful way to look at your life and be more mindful of your choices. Sometimes people find it difficult to figure out their path and what in life is really important to them. Everyday Mindfulness gives a structured way to hold yourself accountable to this process.
